No recessed lighting? You can still add a pendant light (or three!) if you narrow down your search to options that just get plugged in (versus hardwired into a switch). That means better lighting in your kitchen can be as achievable as just changing out your existing bulbs. I am redoing our kitchen and redoing all of the lighting. Kitchen is about 10' x 13' with 8' ceilings. I want to do recessed lighting in the ceiling that follows the flow of the counter top. Would like to put them all on a dimmer. Plus I'd like to single
